Stephanie has over 23 years of healthcare sales experience across both pharmaceutical and medical device sectors.  She brings with her passion, tenacity, and a drive to deliver value.  Throughout her career she has delivered success across many core disease states some of which include Diabetes, Respiratory, Sleep Apnea, and Lab Testing.  Stephanie will serve as the National key Account Manager over institutional channels (Hospitals, Long-Term Care, Military).  Areas of Expertise: Navigating Healthcare Systems, Institutional Formulary Processes, Building Partnerships, Delivering Client Solutions.

Kelly Bovaird has considerable sales and management experience in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry.  Kelly comes to us with a strong understanding of commercialization activities for both brand and private label OTC’s and pharmaceuticals.  Kelly’s understanding of the key verticals in this space is invaluable.   Kelly will serve as the “National Key Account Manager – Retail Pharmacy”.   Areas of Expertise:   Distributor Networks, Retail Pharmacy, Contracting, Brand and Private Label.

Michael has over 20 years of sales and leadership experience in the healthcare arena with exposure to start-ups as well as large global manufacturers across pharmaceutical, consumer product goods (CPG) over-the-counter (OTC), and device companies. His functional expertise includes product commercialization, managed care (third party payors, Medicare, and Medicaid), institutions (hospitals, IDNs, long-term care, GPOs and military) and drug wholesale. He has been recognized for his leadership and innovation by his peers and the industry at large. Michael has served on advisory boards for AmerisourceBergen Corporation, Cardinal Health, and Healthcare Distributors Alliance (HDA) where he served as co-chair.

Michelle McLeod comes to us with extensive expertise deeply rooted in the Regulatory and Compendium Field where she spent 20 plus years leading progressive roles within one of the major drug compendiums. In her new role, Michelle will serve as the lead for all regulatory activities which will allow US Drug and Device Register to continue to expand on its value to its clients.  Areas of Expertise:  Drug Compendiums, Data Analytics and Management and FDA Regulatory Requirements.

In 2013, she became a Certified Professional Coder with special emphasis in the field of Pain Management and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Her experience includes acting as the Director of Business and Billing for one of Phoenix’s Top Doctors in the PM&R field while implementing programs and organizational design strategies to maximize revenue and retention. Her vast knowledge of medical necessity guidelines among a vast range of both government and commercial insurance payers ensures proper coding and documentation policies for maximum growth and profitability.

Gail has B2B experience in both the Top 50 Fortune Organizations as well as with smaller regional corporations. In addition to her experience in sales and account management with regional and national retailers, Gail also has in depth knowledge and experience in Managed Care and the federal 340B program. As Director of Managed Care her mission was to insure product portfolio inclusion and reimbursement by state, federal and commercial healthcare plans. She forged strong relationships with the top U.S. national drug compendia providers to ensure correct product classification and strategic published product pricing. Gail’s forte is forging strong relationships with customer executives, identifying high-potential business opportunities and navigating organizational business priorities.
